OUR STORY
Hidden Rock Farm is a multi-generational dairy farm that has been in our family for 55 years. As members of the Plain Community, we embrace a simple way of life that is sustained through our faith, strong work ethic and commitment to our traditional community values. Our farm practices reflect this by embracing responsible animal husbandry and environmental stewardship.
Founded in 2020, Hidden Rock Farm was started with a commitment to providing fresh, high-quality dairy products to local consumers through weekly delivery. Whenever possible, the dairy products are sourced from local farmers and producers. In 2021 we ventured out as a milk products supplier with a commitment to providing fresh, high-quality dairy products to a few local families and businesses.
Today we offer dairy products, meat and maple syrup at our farm store as well as provide a delivery service right to our customers' doors. We are committed to quality and excellence. Our products come to you straight from our farm or from other local farms in our community. In a few cases where we do not produce what our customers have requested, we offer products from regional farms as well. Our main goals are to help save the local family farms and provide our customers with farm fresh products. Providing wholesome and nutritious food that goes straight from our farms to your family table is just one way we achieve this goal. You become part of our story every time you order from us.

Hidden Rock Farm carries a full array of dairy products including a variety of milks and cheeses, yogurt, smoothies, butter, and ice cream. We also offer meats, eggs and our own maple syrup. All products are made on our own farm or locally sourced.
MILK
We can save you a trip to the store by delivering milk right to your door! We now offer local Old Mill Creamery fresh pasteurized A2A2 Milk available in Whole, 2%, Chocolate-Flavored and A2A2 Raw Milk. Milks are available in 12 oz, 1/2 gallon and 1 gallon sizes. If you are looking for something richer, Old Mill Creamery Half & Half and Heavy Whipping Cream are also available in various sizes.
CHEESE
We are proud to offer a wide selection of local and regional cheeses. Hidden Rock Farm, Summer Hill, Kinfork, Dutch Country and Cooper cheeses are available in blocks ranging from 8 oz to 5 lbs.
We also offer shredded varieties made by Walnut Creek and Schreiber sliced cheeses. We carry over a dozen flavors, from Cheddar to Havarti. We’re sure to have a cheese you love!
YOGURT & SMOOTHIES
We happily offer two brands of yogurt that use real, fresh fruit, local maple syrup and honey to create unique flavors. Farmer Rudolph's Creamery brand is a high quality, delicious homestyle yogurt that's available in several flavors and sold by the quart. Sunlight Wholesome brand offers Greek-style yogurts available in assorted flavors and sold by the quart. We also carry Sunlight Wholesome's line of yogurt smoothies in an assortment of flavors, sold in 16 oz containers.
EGGS & OTHER DAIRY
We offer fresh brown eggs along with fresh pastured raised brown eggs from local farms. All eggs are sold by the dozen. We also offer a selection of other dairy items made by local farms. Try one or more of 15 tasty flavors Old Mill Creamery Ice Cream sold in 1 pint, 1/2 gallon or
2 1/2 gallon sizes. Looking for spreads? Try Walnut Creek Butters, Sour Cream, and Cream Cheese sold in various sizes.
MAPLE SYRUP
We invite you to taste the difference when purchasing pure maple syrup made by local farms, sap tapped from their own Maple trees. Syrups are available in five sizes ranging from 1/2 pint to 1 gallon.
BEEF, PORK and LAMB
We offer local standard Beef & Pork cuts. Beef is available in ground beef, chip steak, roasts, brisket, stew beef, short ribs, babyback ribs and six delicious steak cuts. Pork is available in ground pork, loin, ribs, whole or sliced ham. Lamb is available in ground lamb or lamb chops.
All meats are sold and packaged by the pound.
SPECIALTY MEATS
We offer link and loose Sausages in four flavors: Breakfast, Salt & Pepper, Sweet Italian and Hot Italian. We also offer Bacon in sliced or fresh whole packages. Both products are sold and packaged by the pound.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver within 50 miles of our farm in Rebersburg, PA. If you have questions whether or not we can deliver to your area, please contact
us by email.
Is there a delivery fee?
Yes, we charge a $5 delivery fee per stop, but we offer FREE delivery on orders of $25 or more.
Is there a minimum amount for orders?
Yes, we have a $10 minimum for delivery orders.
When does my delivery take place?
We deliver on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays by region/route. For standing orders, your delivery will usually be the same day each delivery. We will contact you by email prior to your delivery.
Does Hidden Rock Farm guarantee freshness?
We absolutely guarantee freshness. If there is a problem with your order, we will make it right.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
No, you do not need to be home; however, we ask that you tell us where to place your order.
How will my items stay cold during warm temperatures?
We ask that you furnish a cooler where your items can be placed. Most customers will add ice packs to their cooler on warm weather days. We will also put cold items in a refrigerator that is accessible on your porch or garage.
